Should any of our clients need to cancel their subscription at any time, please note the following process:

 

1. The Fundriver Team must receive written notification from the client.

 

Written notification can come to Fundriver Support (support@fundriver.com) or to the billing contact (billing@fundriver.com).

 

2. The Fundriver Team will to review the client agreement and notify the client by e-mail of an official turn off date.

 

Upon official turn off date, all intellectual property will be destroyed.  If the terminating client would like to retrieve any data from the Fundriver system, this will need to be done prior to the official turn off date.

 

3. The Fundriver team will send the client final notice of turn off date by e-mail. This will be confirmation that all intellectual property has been destroyed.
