Answer: If you've uploaded transactions via the GL Import feature, but some rows aren't showing up, it could be for a few reasons. Here are a couple troubleshooting ideas if you are encountering this.

  • Are there multiple header rows at the top?  Make sure there is only one header row displayed, with no additional columns.

  • Make sure to remove any formulas or formatting on the spreadsheet.  We recommend copy and pasting as values to be sure that there are no hidden formulas.
