A: N/A since we are an online, SaaS company.
Q: How often is data backed up?
A: For client databases, log files are backed up nightly and full backups are done weekly. We retain 24 weeks of backups.
Q: What happens with our backups?
A: Backups are encrypted and stored at a secure location. Data and backups do not leave the US.
