Release Notes (January 2017)

Fundriver has released a number of updates to enhance the security of the site. This document provides notes on each item. These changes are effective as of 1/31/2016.

Email Sent when Password Changes. Whenever a user’s password is changed, the user will get an email at the address they use to login to Fundriver. This email will inform them that their password has changed, and that they should contact their administrator or Fundriver support if they did not request this change. This adds an extra layer of security to prevent unauthorized use of the site.

Password Security Level and Expiration. Under the Account Settings page, there will be a place where Fundriver Administrators can turn on/off a higher password security feature, as well as set the number of days before passwords expire. There is also an option to have higher password security, but not have passwords expire.

Account Settings page > Access Settings - Passwords section
