Answer: Yes!  Even if you add a new fund category after your initial data load, it is very easy to make sure it is attributed to the correct funds. FUND CATEGORIES include any of the fields on the fund profile screen that have a drop down option.  See screen shots below for instructions.


Navigate to ORGANIZE > FUND CATEGORIES. Select the ASSIGN CATEGORIES tab across the top.


Select the CATEGORY you would like to assign funds to and then the first ITEM you would like to assign.

Funds already assigned that category will display on the right.  To assign additional funds, highlight the fund row and click the arrow button.

Repeat this process for all of the categories you would like to assign.
