We have had a few clients experience this and it sounds SUPER frustrating!  If you are a user experiencing this, we apologize for any inconvenience.

This is most commonly effecting Internet Explorer users- here is what you need to know:


1. Browser Version

Check your IE Browser version by going to the gear icon at the upper right hand corner of the page, at the bottom of that list is 'About Internet Explorer'- the window should look like this:

Explorer 11 Version 11.0.105 has a security patch that triggers our Multi-Factor Authentication multiple times.


2. Security Settings

Check these two security settings in your browser:


   A.  The Enable DOM Storage box should be checked.

    B. The Delete browsing history on exit should NOT be checked.
