We care about our clients and we want to give you the best experience possible as you implement Balance. Our personalized implementation process is set up to ensure a smooth transition, so you can start enjoying the benefits of Balance right away! 


You will have a dedicated Implementation Partner who will work with you every step of the way to get your system up and running. Your Balance setup fee includes one-on-one work, providing ample time to get your database set up and working specifically for you and your organization.


Implementation:  A Four Phase Process

Our goal is to get you set up as soon as possible so you can start enjoying the benefits and features of Balance. Our typical implementation process is simple – just 4 phases.  


  • Kick Off/Planning Phase 
    1. Fill out Onboarding Questionnaire 
    2. Attend Kick Off Meeting, where we will provide a general overview of the Implementation process. We will review what needs to be done, who will do it and plan a timeline for getting it all finished!


  • Data Import Phase
    1. Complete Data Load Template
    2. Database is created and template is loaded by your Implementation Partner. 
    3. Attend Walkthrough Meetingwhere we take you on a tour of your new database and explain how everything is set up in the system!


  • Live Posting Phase
    1. Prepare periodic data, including, but not limited to, transactions, investment statements and any new funds set up
    2. Attend First Posting Meeting, where we will walk you through how to post and reconcile your first periods in Balance!


  • Wrap Up Phase
    1. Confirm set up is complete
    2. Transition to support
